10+ year career writer.
I am the youngest of three children, an Alabama native from Montgomery, AL, and a graduate from Alabama A&M University with my B.S. in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
I have the pleasure of raising two amazing kids,
Mason and India Brewer.
As young as the fifth grade, I have always been a writer. First it was poetry but soon developed into storytelling the more I became involved in school plays.
June 2016, I self-published my first book, a collection of poetry, titled, “Fathomless Freedom”.
I published my second book, "Tales of the Righteous", fall 2017.
I produced my first play December 2016, titled “Christmas Restoration” and am currently working on my second play, which will be the first of many live renditions of "Tales of the Righteous".
I have always had an interest in mystery and fiction novels, Lois Duncan being my favorite author growing up, but never thought that I’d be an author.
I glean from Shonda Rhimes, having taken her online MasterClass (multiple times), Tyler Perry, and with my love for mystery, suspense, psychological thrillers, and law, I also gain inspiration from the writers for Law & Order: SVU, their plots forcing me to imagine on a more critical and practical and relatable manner. I have a passion for writing thought provoking material that spark compassion, empathy, and change.
